Installation and Upgrade • Re: Zimbra 9 to Zimbra 10.1 - unable to install required packages

Hello,

I`m trying to update from zimbra 8.8.15 FOSS to zimbra 8.8.15 NE and I have the same problem.
The /tmp/install.log.r9IqOWvF is not usefull.

The installer fails:

./install.sh -l licence.xml --skip-activation-check

Shutting down zimbra mail

Backing up the ldap database...done.
Upgrading the remote packages

Removing deployed webapp directories
