We have been experiencing EAS sync issues with the recent Samsung Email version 6.2.00.4 update on Samsung devices. Problems include contacts losing names and events not appearing on the device.
Initially, we suspected that the Samsung Email app's user-agent (UA) might have changed, causing the client to renegotiate EAS sync and use EAS version 16.x. However, this was not the case; the client is still using EAS 2.5. Downgrading to version 6.1.97.1 resolves the issue.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
