This one is still on 8.8.15, so we can still use the zxsuite commands.
I was able to use this:

zxsuite hsm doCheckBlobs start mailbox_ids <MBOX_ID> missing_blob_delete_item true

How would you do that on 10.x?
The problem is bound to arise at one point on our 10.x server...
