We are being mandated to install two factor on our email before the end of the year. We have tested Zimbra MFA with both Microsoft Authenticator and Cisco DUO with a simple setup and easy implementation, nice. This works so long as we use the Zimbra Mobile app which I personally like.
However, we have a lot of users who live on their phones. The biggest issue with their use of the Zimbra Mobile app is that contacts are not available to the rest of the phone. Incoming calls and texts do not show the contact, just the phone number. This requires that the user maintain contacts in two places. We cannot sell that city wide.
Since we will be moving from RSA, a terrible product, to Cisco DUO I would like to know if anyone has made Zimbra MFA work with the Samsung and Apple Mail apps using Duo. Cisco says it will, but RSA said a lot of things as well.
Thanks,
DAve
