Can you revert those 777 permissions and try to install newest v0.9.3 version ?Same result.
It it probably due to the 10.1.6 patch changing the permissions on everything in the webapps directories to 555
If I change the permissions to 777 on
/opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/js/qrcode.js.zgz
/opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/js/TwoFactor_qr.js.zgz
and then run the install.sh it overwrites those two files with newer versions and completes with no errors reported.
I haven't actually tried the install script but given how simple it is it should work flawless.
