- BEST OPTION: Update Outlook 2003 to something newer or use Thunderbird
- let your outlook client connect to zimbra server through port 25 (SMTP) instead 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
- NOT A GOOD IDEA: enable old TLS1 and TLS1.1 with old ciphers on zimbra server
