I am not sure if its the right forum section to ask this. I never done zimbra patch update on our Ubuntu 20.04 server. Our zimbra version is 8.8.15.GA.4179.UBUNTU20.64 (current patch is 34).
Can anyone share a patch update steps (step by step)? Or should I follow this step described here (Ubuntu section for me):

I want to know one more important thing. We had few local changes /opt/zimbra/common/bin/sa-update, /opt/zimbra/clamav/etc/freshclam.conf to use proxy setting, also master.cf.in to send email to relay MTA on port 465. Does this local change effect on patch update and crash things?
