The zmmailbox "getAllFolders" command will give you message/contacts/calendar count, but not sizes:

Yep, I will likely try to tie together a few commands to build a list with everything I need. Right now, I am looking at a display issue with Classic web app after the upgrade. So, this will have to wait.
