Zimbra Connector for Outlook • Re: EWS problem with Microsoft Outlook 365 for Mac

To my understanding the “new” Outlook for Mac UI no longer supports EWS. If you can switch to the “old” still that may work.

Best to open a Support Case for official confirmation.
