Users • Sincronization error when I try to change email status read/unread in 3 devices working whith Zimbra into a IMAP Outlook

Hello.

I have a server version 8.8.8_GA_3025 FOSS with some clients

I have 3 devices with the same account, two laptops with outlook IMAP configuration client and one iphone with IMAP configuration too.

The issue appears when I try to chance status in two or three differents times in direction laptop 1, iphone and laptop 2, for example, I read one email in the first laptop with outlook, I can see the status change like read message correctly in the three devices, In this way i dont have any problem changing the same email one, two or three times in status read and unread.

I do this same excersice, think in the opposite direction, doing the same, in the order reading an email in the laptop 2 in the first time I can see in status read the email y the three devices, but when a do this in a second try the status chance only in the laptop2 is updated, laptop 1 and iphone continue like read.

I appreciate very mucho your help to try to undertand how a can resolve this sincronization issue.
