We're currently using Zimbra version 9.0.0_GA_3969.FOSS. In Our Zimbra logs confirm mails are being successfully sent, but the sent emails are not appearing in the Zimbra Sentbox. anyone provide a step-by-step guide on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?
